It is about living with intention, rooted in Christ, amid adult responsibilities.
Many of us are:
- Struggling to live as faithful Orthodox Christians amidst busy work conditions
- Navigating relationships, careers, or training
- Trying to build community and grow spiritually
- Serving quietly in families, parishes, or workplaces
We are Eastern Orthodox Christians aiming to live for Christ, together.
The term “Young Professional” may sound modern or corporate — yet for many years it’s been used by various Christian ministries, notably the Orthodox Young Professionals Conference (OYPC) which is blessed by the Antiochian Archdiocese of North America, and shares our vision for encouraging the faith and fellowship of Orthodox Christians in the early to mid career stages of life.
It is not about your job. It is about how you live.
Whether you are a barista or a barrister, a full-time parent or in training, the invitation is the same:
Offer your life to God—intentionally, prayerfully, and with joy.

If any one these apply, it is highly likely that OYP is for you.
- Dependent children?
- Fully retired?
- Worked since the age of 18 but younger than 25?
- Not Orthodox but respectful?
- Finished full-time education?
- Age ~25 or older?
- Training, working or between jobs?
- Lay, clergy, married or single?
The only firm no is if you’re under 18 (due to safeguarding policies).
